All communication must be conducted via email to ensure that every detail is accurately captured for future reference.

2. PROPOSAL
Once the aesthetic and budget are understood, a selection of design and quote proposals will be prepared for review. After examining the options and deciding on a preferred proposal, an advance payment of the total fee will be required. Payment methods include credit card or bank transfer, as outlined in the provided invoice.
3. CREATION
Following the agreement on the proposal, the project will be completed from one week to one month, depending on its scale. A closer deadline may also be accommodated based on availability. Throughout the creation period, progress updates will be shared, allowing for necessary edits to be made.
